60 | 111 | 1. The available revenu es of the several counties out of which | |
61 | 112 | such salaries and wages may be paid; | |

63 | 113 | 2. The amount of services required to be performed; | |

65 | 114 | 3. The monetary value of such services in relation to that of | |
66 | 115 | nongovernmental services of similar nature in the areas wherein such | |
67 | 116 | services are performed; and | |

69 | 117 | 4. The relative amounts of services required of the various | |
70 | 118 | county officers, their deputies and employees upon investigation and | |
71 | 119 | full consideration of the applica ble facts. | |
