99 | 103 | served shall be provided to pa trons at no cost and | |
100 | 104 | shall not be considered a sale of alcoholic beverages | |
101 | 105 | within the meaning of Article XXVIII -A of the Oklahoma | |
102 | 106 | Constitution. The retail spirits license holder shall | |
103 | 107 | be responsible for the cost of the samples. | |
104 | 108 | b. Any alcoholic beverages sold shall be in their | |
105 | 109 | original factory-sealed packages or containers. | |
106 | 110 | c. The licensee shall not receive any gift or thing of | |
107 | 111 | value in violation of Section 3 -119 of this title. | |
108 | 112 | d. Sample quantities shall be limited as follows for each | |
109 | 113 | person during a twenty -four-hour period: | |
110 | 114 | (1) distilled spirits: not to exceed twenty-five | |
111 | 115 | hundredths (0.25) ounces per sample and not to | |
