An Act relating to government entities; repealing 74
O.S. 2021, Section 8302, which relates to the Rural
Area Development Task F orce; and repealing 74 O.S.
2021, Section 425, which relates to the Oklahoma
Commission on Interstate Cooperation .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 74 O.S. 20 21, Section 8302, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. REPEALER 74 O.S. 2021, Section 425, is hereby
repealed.
