An Act relating to sentencing; repealing Section 4,
Chapter 228, O.S.L. 2012 (22 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
991a-21), which relates to post -imprisonment
supervision; and providing an effective date.
SUBJECT: Sentencing
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 4, Chapter 228, O.S.L. 2012
(22 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 991a -21), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
