5051 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5152 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2011, Sectio n 6-96, is
5253 amended to read as follows:
5354 Section 6-96. Officially vaccinated animals shall have been be
5455 inoculated with a vaccine approved by the United States Department
5556 of Agriculture and the State Board of Agriculture in a manner and by
5657 a person approved by the Board. The inoculation shall be made
5758 between ages specified by the Board. Animals vaccinated shall be
5859 properly identified with a tattoo and individual official
5960 identification as prescribed by the Board.
6061 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021 .
