80 | 156 | availability. The State Regents shall not increase the annual | |
81 | 157 | maximum award amount unless funding is sufficient to serve at least | |
82 | 158 | the same number of students as the previous academic year. | |

84 | 159 | For the 2000-2001 academic year and each academic year | |
85 | 160 | thereafter, the percentage of aid shall b e based on a need analysis | |
86 | 161 | system that is consistent with federal st udent financial aid | |
87 | 162 | regulations. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall | |
88 | 163 | set an annual award payment schedule based upon a maximum grant of | |
