51	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
52	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
53	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1210.711 of Title 70, unless
54	53		there is created a duplication in numbering, re ads as follows:
55	54		All students attending public schoo ls in the state shall receive
56	55		counseling and guidance services from certified school counsel ors.
57	56		Each school district shall provide one certified school counselor
58	57		for not more than two hundred fifty stude nts, with no school
59	58		district having less than one c ertified school counselor who is
60	59		employed at least half -time.
61	60		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 2.
