5748 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58-SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59-in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2357A of Title 68, unless there
60-is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61-A. For the tax year beginning January 1, 2021, there shall be
62-allowed a one-time credit against the income tax imposed by Section
63-2355 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the pare nt or legal
64-guardian of any child residing in the household who was enrolled in

50+codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
51+This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
52+Revenue and Taxation Reform Act of 2021 ".
53+SECTION 2. This act shall become effective January 1, 2022.

96-C. The maximum credit for any parent or guardian under the

100-SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
