50 | 53 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
51 | 54 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
52 | 55 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3311.19 of Title 70, unless | |
53 | 56 | there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
54 | 57 | A. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training may | |
55 | 58 | offer training that instructs a p eace officer how to alert a school | |
56 | 59 | district or charter school when a student enrolled at the school | |
57 | 60 | district or charter school has been identified at the scene of a | |
58 | 61 | traumatic event or an event that involved a response from an | |
59 | 62 | emergency 9-1-1 service. The peace officer may only release the | |
60 | 63 | name and birth date of the student directly to the school district | |
61 | 64 | or charter school and state that the student was present at the | |
