BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3311. 19 of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training may offer training that instructs a peace officer how to alert a school district or charter school when a studen t enrolled at the school district or charter school has been identified at the scene of a traumatic event or an event that involved a response from an emergency 9-1-1 service. The peace officer may only release the name and birth date of the student direc tly to the school district or charter school and state that the student was present at the ENGR. H. B. As used in subsection A of this section, "student" means a minor child or a person who has reached eighteen (18) years of age and continues to be enrolled in school. SECTION 2.
