52 | 59 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2011, Section 1850.8, is | |

152 | 156 | C. D. The Board is authorized to establish and issue, subject | |
153 | 157 | to the provisions of the Mechanical Licensing Act, limited licenses | |
154 | 158 | in each area of mechanical work based on the experience, ability, | |
155 | 159 | examination scores and the education of the applicant. The limited | |
156 | 160 | licenses shall authorize the licensee to engage in only those | |
157 | 161 | activities and within the limits specified in the license. | |
158 | 162 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021. | |
