57	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	57		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59	58		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 335 of Title 61, unless there is
60	59		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61	60		A. The Office of Management and Enterpr ise Services shall
62	61		display the national motto of the United States in a prominently
63	62		visible location in all state buildings. The placement and size of
64	63		the display shall be in keeping with the placement and size of the
65	64		display of the national motto in the United States Capitol Visitor
66	65		Center in a manner proportional to the state building where the

95	93		shall be directly responsible for the provisions of this act,
96	94		including any related expenses.
97	95		B. In the event that the legality or constitutionality of the
98	96		display is challenged in a court of law, the Oklahoma Attorney
99	97		General is hereby authorized to prepare and present a legal defense
100	98		of the display.
101	99		C. The display of the national motto shall n ot be construed to
102	100		mean that the State of Oklahoma favors any particular religion or
103	101		denomination thereof over others.
104	102		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
