2251 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2452 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Rule 2.44 of the Rules of the
2553 Ethics Commission (74 O.S. Supp. 2020, Ch. 62, App. I), is amended
2654 to read as follows:

28-Rule 2.44 A. Contributions to a candidate committee of a

3057 were accepted may be used to make expenditures for officeh older

3259 vacation of the office. In addition to other officeholder expenses
3360 permitted by these Rules, officeholder expenses may be expended for
3461 contributions or dues for a political caucus fund or the costs
3562 associated with signage for naming highways and bridges pursuant to
3663 Section 1600 of Title 69 of the O klahoma Statutes.

3891 B. When an officeholder dissolves one (1) candidate committee
3992 as provided in these Rules and contemporaneously files a Stat ement
4093 of Organization for a different candidate committee prior to the
4194 expiration of the term for which he or she has been elected and
4295 transfers funds from the first committee to the second committee,
4396 the officeholder may pay officeholder expenses until th e expiration
4497 of the term not to exceed the amount transferred.
