An Act relating to agriculture; amending 2 O.S. 2021,
Section 6-214, which relates to the definition of
Oklahoma certified beef; modifying definition; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STA TE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2021, Section 6-214, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 6-214. "Oklahoma certified beef meat" shall mean any
bovine, swine, goat, lamb, poultry, or fish product bred, born,
raised, and slaughtered processed within the State of Oklahoma .
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
