28	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30	55		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
31	56		Department of Corrections in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
32	57		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the Department of
33	58		Corrections shall expend Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) to
34	59		improve the correctional offi cer to inmate ratio at correctional
35	60		facilities throughout the state.

37	61		SECTION 2. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
38	62		Department of Corrections in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
39	63		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the Department of

43	92		SECTION 3. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
44	93		Department of Corrections in Enrolled House Bill No. 2 900 of the 1st
45	94		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the Department of

47	96		($1,800,000.00) for the purpose of funding a contractual per diem
48	97		increase at the Lawton Correctional and Rehabil itation Facility.

50	98		SECTION 4. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
51	99		Department of Corrections in Enrolled House Bill No. 2900 of the 1st
52	100		Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of N ine Million
53	101		Two Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-eight Dollars
54	102		($9,235,258.00) shall be transferred to the Department of
55	103		Corrections Offender Management System Revolving Fund created in
56	104		Enrolled House Bill No. 2909 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma
57	105		Legislature.

59	106		SECTION 5. Appropriations made by this act, not including
60	107		appropriations made for capital outlay purposes, may be budgeted for
61	108		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 (hereafter FY -22) or may be
62	109		budgeted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 (hereafter FY -23).
63	110		Funds budgeted for FY-22 may be encumbered only through June 30,
64	111		2022, and must be expended by November 15, 2022. Any funds
65	112		remaining after November 15, 2022, and not budgeted for FY -23, shall
66	113		lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal
