26144 BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28145 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codi fied
29146 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-120.11 of Title 26, unless
30147 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

32148 A. No later than June 1 of each year, the State Election Board
33149 shall perform a query of the entire voter registration data base to
34150 determine how many individuals are registered at the same
35151 residential address.

37152 B. If more than ten registered voters share a single
38153 residential address, the State Election B oard shall provide a list
39154 of said voters to the secretary of the county el ection board, who
40155 shall immediately notify the district attorney for that county.

42156 C. Upon receipt of such notification, the district attorney, or
43157 a member of law enforcement designated by the district attorney,

44184 shall investigate any possible criminal viol ation of the law related
45185 to the voter registration.

47186 D. Provided, this section shall not apply to registered voters
48-sharing a residential address at a facility licensed or certified by
49-this state, if required by law, such as an assisted living facility,
50-residential care facility, nursing home, veterans center , medical
51-facility, multiunit housing, installations of the Armed Forces of
52-the United States where uniformed or overseas voters, as defined by
53-the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Ab sentee Voting Act, are
54-stationed, or other locations authorized in writing by the Secretary
55-of the State Election Board.
