97 | | - | departments may enter into agreements under the Interlo cal |

98 | | - | Cooperation Act for the purpose of provi ding assistance to the |

99 | | - | school district by ins pecting children who are returning to school |
---|
100 | | - | after an absence due to head lice to ensure that the child is no |
---|
101 | | - | longer afflicted with head lice. |
---|
102 | | - | D. If a school district and county or city-county health |
---|
103 | | - | department has entered into an agreement as authorized in subsection |
---|
104 | | - | C of this section, upon written authorization of the parent or |
---|
105 | | - | guardian of a child, the county or city-county health department may |
---|
106 | | - | provide treatment to the child for head lice. |
---|
107 | | - | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Nove mber 1, 2022. |
