[ State Department of Health - naming of county
departments of health - effective date ]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-201.1 of Title 63, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as f ollows:
Each state-run county health department shall hereby be renamed
in the following manner: State Department of Health in __________
County:
1. Each county department shall be named based on the county in
which the facility resides; and
2. This provision shall not apply to facilities in Oklahoma
County or Tulsa County.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
