5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3611 of Title 63, unless there
5353 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 In all situations that the state requires a drug test to be
5555 performed on an individual, the test shall be performed through a
5656 hair follicle test, which shall be accompanied by a r apid DNA test
5757 of the sample to ensure the accuracy of the test that the sample
5858 given belongs to the individual being tested.
5959 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
