| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3611 of Title 63, unless there | |
| 53 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | In all situations that the state requires a drug test to be | |
| 55 | 55 | performed on an individual, the test shall be performed through a | |
| 56 | 56 | hair follicle test, which shall be accompanied by a r apid DNA test | |
| 57 | 57 | of the sample to ensure the accuracy of the test that the sample | |
| 58 | 58 | given belongs to the individual being tested. | |
| 59 | 59 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022. | |
