AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to drug tests; requiring certain 
methods of testing; requiring accompanying tests; 
providing for codification; and providing an 
effective date. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3611 of Title 63, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
In all situations that the state requires a drug test to be 
performed on an individual, the test shall be performed through a 
hair follicle test, which shall be accompanied by a r apid DNA test 
of the sample to ensure the accuracy of the test that the sample 
given belongs to the individual being tested. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
