4040 An Act relating to prisons and reformato ries;
4141 directing the Department of Corrections to provide

4343 health services profile s; directing the Department to
4444 make certain considerations when establishing
4545 profiles; and providing an effective date .

5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 623.1 of Title 57, unless there
5353 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 The Department of Corrections shall provide minimum medical
5555 staffing sufficient to ensu re continuous appropriate medical care to
5656 all inmates at all state facilities according to the health services
5757 profile of each individual facility . When establishing the health
5858 services profile for each facili ty, the Department shall consider:
5959 1. Normal operating hours;
6060 2. Special health services provided ;
6161 3. Chronic clinic population ;
6262 4. Contracted specialty care referral ;
