| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 4 O.S. 2021, Section 42.1, is | |

| 53 | 53 | Section 42.1 The owner or owners of any dog shall be liable for | |
| 54 | 54 | damages to the full amount of any damages sustained when his or her | |
| 55 | 55 | dog, without provocation, bites or injures any person or animal | |
| 56 | 56 | while such person or animal is in or on a place where he has they | |
| 57 | 57 | have a lawful right to be. | |
| 58 | 58 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022. | |
