27 | 113 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 10A O.S. 2021, Section 2-8-224, is | |

35 | 120 | receiving any tobacco product , nicotine product or vapor product. | |
36 | 121 | It shall not be unlawful for an employe e under twenty-one (21) years | |
37 | 122 | of age to handle tobacco products, nicotine products or vapor | |
38 | 123 | products when required in the performance o f the employee's duties. | |

52 | 159 | within ninety (90) days of the day of the fine, the ABLE Commis sion | |
53 | 160 | shall notify the Department of Public Safety, and the Department | |
54 | 161 | shall suspend or not issue a driver license to the individual until | |
55 | 162 | proof of payment has been furnished to the Department of Public | |
56 | 163 | Safety require the violator to complete an education o r tobacco use | |
57 | 164 | cessation program approved by the State Department of Health. | |

59 | 165 | C. The ABLE Commission shall establish rules to provide for | |
60 | 166 | notification to a parent or guardian of any minor cited for a | |
61 | 167 | violation of this section. | |

63 | 168 | D. Cities and towns may enac t and municipal police o fficers may | |
64 | 169 | enforce ordinances prohibiting and penalizing conduct under | |
65 | 170 | provisions of this section , but the provisions of such ordinances | |
66 | 171 | shall be the same as provided for in this section, and the | |
67 | 172 | enforcement provisions under such o rdinances shall not be m ore | |
68 | 173 | stringent than those of this section. | |
