2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHO MA:

2956 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3057 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6-107 of Title 2, unless there
3158 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3359 A. Each person who presents swine for a swine ex hibition,
3460 special sale, or show shall provide verific ation of one of the
3561 following:

3762 1. A federal premises identification number; or

3963 2. A state location identification number.

4164 B. Swine shall be individually ident ified at the time of
4265 testing with both ear notches and an 840 USDA button-type electronic

4494 originating from a validated-qualified (V/Q) herd shall be similarly
4595 identified prior to exhibition.

4796 C. All swine shall meet one of the following t esting
4897 requirements:

5098 1. Oklahoma origin swine shall have a negative brucellosis and
5199 pseudorabies test after May 15 each year for fall exhibitions and
52100 after November 10 each year for spring exhibitions. These tests
53101 shall be valid for the entire respective exhibition season, unless
54102 in the opinion of the desi gnated epidemiologist the swine have been
55103 exposed to pseudorabies or brucellosis. The swine shall also be
56104 accompanied by a copy of the official test chart or a certificate of
57105 veterinary inspection listi ng the test results, laboratory name,
58106 laboratory accession number, and individual identification number.

60107 2. Swine originating from outs ide of Oklahoma shall meet the
61108 requirements of OAC 35:15-22-33.

63109 3. Each swine shall originate from a V/Q herd and only be
64110 exhibited by an immediate family member of the V /Q herd owner. The
65111 V/Q herd number, most recent quarterly test date, and official
66112 identification numbers of all swine being exhibited shall be listed
67113 on the certificate of veterinary inspection.

69114 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective No vember 1, 2022.
