55	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
57	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 158.71 of Title 17, unless there
58	57		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
59	58		Public utilities subject to regulation by the Corporation
60	59		Commission shall submit annual emergency update plans and
61	60		maintenance plans for the following calendar year to the Commission
62	61		no later than December 1 each calendar year. Public utilities shall
63	62		have an annual emergency update plan and maintenance plan on file
64	63		with the Commission for any given calendar year prior to a requested
65	64		and approved rate increase becoming effective in that year.
