159 | + | E. No later than December 1 of each year, libraries shall | |
160 | + | submit to the Speaker of the House of Representative s and President | |
161 | + | Pro Tempore of the Senate, an aggregate written repor t on any issues | |
162 | + | related to provider comp liance with technology protection measures | |
163 | + | required by subsection B of this section. | |
164 | + | F. Employees of school districts, charter schools, virtual | |

166 | + | shall not be exempt from prosecution for willful violations of state | |
