11351 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
11452 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
11553 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
11654 There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce fro m
11755 any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund
11856 of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, the
11957 sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) to be
12058 utilized by the Department in partnership with a Feder al
12159 Communications Commission (FCC) licensee associated with an
12260 institution of the Oklahoma Stat e Regents for Higher Education, for
12361 the purpose of establishing distance learning class rooms to deliver
12462 multipronged educational resources, utilizing over -the-air
12563 television broadcasts, online streaming and website accessible

15695 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
