| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-109A of Title 63, unless there | |
| 53 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | The State Department of Health shall be permitted to create an | |
| 55 | 55 | administrative court and a ppeals process for the purpose of | |
| 56 | 56 | adjudicating complaints against hospitals in this state. The | |
| 57 | 57 | Department shall be authorized to promulgate rul es and regulations | |
| 58 | 58 | regarding the administrative court. | |
| 59 | 59 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effe ctive November 1, 2022. | |
