4040 An Act relating to COVID-19 vaccine advertising;
4141 defining terms; prohibiting governmental advertising
4242 for COVID-19 vaccinations; providing penalties;
4343 providing for codification; and declaring an
4444 emergency.

5252 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5353 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5454 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-112.1 of Title 63, unless
5555 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5656 A. As used in this act:
5757 1. "Advertisement" means any written, printed, digital, or
5858 animated production used with the intent to a dvertise, promote,
5959 coerce, or entice individuals to receive the COVID -19 vaccination;

6161 2. "COVID-19 vaccine" means any vaccination, booster, or any
6262 other delivery method created with the intent of preventing the
6363 COVID-19 disease or limiting the effects o f the COVID-19 disease.

9090 B. On the effective date of this act, the State Department of
9191 Health shall not create, produce, publish, aid in the production of,
9292 or otherwise disseminate any form of advertisement f or the COVID-19
9393 vaccination.
9494 C. Any violation of this section shall result in the State
9595 Department of Health receiving ten-percent reduction in funding that
9696 must be taken from the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner , and
9797 executive salaries. This reduction must be removed from mon ies
9898 appropriated internally for the Commissioner, Deputy Co mmissioner,
9999 and executive salaries, not to exceed more than one hundred percent
100100 (100%) of their annual salaries , including bonuses.
101101 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preser vation
102102 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
103103 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104104 be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
