40	40	An Act relating to COVID-19 vaccine advertising;
41	41	defining terms; prohibiting governmental advertising
42	42	for COVID-19 vaccinations; providing penalties;
43	43	providing for codification; and declaring an
44	44	emergency.

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-112.1 of Title 63, unless
55	55	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	A. As used in this act:
57	57	1. "Advertisement" means any written, printed, digital, or
58	58	animated production used with the intent to a dvertise, promote,
59	59	coerce, or entice individuals to receive the COVID -19 vaccination;

61	61	2. "COVID-19 vaccine" means any vaccination, booster, or any
62	62	other delivery method created with the intent of preventing the
63	63	COVID-19 disease or limiting the effects o f the COVID-19 disease.

90	90	B. On the effective date of this act, the State Department of
91	91	Health shall not create, produce, publish, aid in the production of,
92	92	or otherwise disseminate any form of advertisement f or the COVID-19
93	93	vaccination.
94	94	C. Any violation of this section shall result in the State
95	95	Department of Health receiving ten-percent reduction in funding that
96	96	must be taken from the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner , and
97	97	executive salaries. This reduction must be removed from mon ies
98	98	appropriated internally for the Commissioner, Deputy Co mmissioner,
99	99	and executive salaries, not to exceed more than one hundred percent
100	100	(100%) of their annual salaries , including bonuses.
101	101	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preser vation
102	102	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
103	103	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104	104	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
