57 | 116 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 3A O.S. 2021, Section 713, is | |

60 | 118 | Section 713. A. All gross proceeds shall be t he property of | |
61 | 119 | the Oklahoma Lottery Commission. From its gross proceeds, the | |
62 | 120 | Commission shall pay the operating expenses of the Commission. At | |
63 | 121 | least forty-five percent (45%) of gross proceeds shall be made | |
64 | 122 | available as prize money. However, the provisio ns of this | |
65 | 123 | subsection shall be deemed not to create any lien, en titlement, | |
66 | 124 | cause of action, or other private right, and any rights of holders | |
67 | 125 | of tickets or shares shall be determined by the Commission in | |
68 | 126 | setting the terms of its lottery or lotteries. | |
