5350 BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5451 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 7 0 O.S. 2021, Section 6 -211, is
5552 amended to read as follows:
5653 Section 6-211. The Beginning November 1, 2022, and every
5754 November 1 thereafter, the State Board of Education in coop eration
5855 with the Commission for Educational Qua lity and Accountability, the
5956 Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and institutions of
6057 higher education shall conduct an educator supply-and-demand study
6158 every three (3) years . The study shall identify areas of teacher
6259 shortage by region, county, sc hool districts, and academic subject
6360 areas and make recommendations for addressing the areas of most
6461 critical need. The Board shall submit a report annually outlining
