191 | 359 | 2. Conduct outreach to producers and land managers to promote | |
192 | 360 | the program and other federal, state, or local grant opportunities | |
193 | 361 | that support and promote healthy soils. | |

195 | 362 | E. In administering the program, the Commission shall support | |
196 | 363 | local economic growth in Oklahoma and shall: | |
