36 | 59 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
37 | 60 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 233.14 of Title 44, unless there | |
38 | 61 | is created a duplica tion in numbering, reads as follows: | |

40 | 62 | There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund | |
41 | 63 | for the Oklahoma Military Department to be designated the "Military | |
42 | 64 | Justice Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not | |
43 | 65 | subject to fiscal ye ar limitations, and shall consist of all monies | |

58 | 104 | institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, | |

60 | 106 | allocate, as a nondeductible item out of any expenditures for | |
61 | 107 | capital projects including, but not limited to, bond issues for | |
62 | 108 | state construction excluding costs for bond issuance and related | |
63 | 109 | reserves, an amount of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) of the | |
64 | 110 | expenditure to the Oklahoma Arts Council for the purpose of funding | |
65 | 111 | the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act, exc ept as otherwise prov ided | |
66 | 112 | by subsection B of this section. | |

68 | 113 | 2. The maximum assessment for any project shall not exceed Five | |
69 | 114 | Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) . This assessment shall not | |

84 | 154 | control of their four-fifths (4/5) assessment pursuant to this | |
85 | 155 | subsection for the acquisition of art. The remaining one-fifth | |
86 | 156 | (1/5) of the assessment shall be reserved for the A rt in Public | |
87 | 157 | Places Administrative and Maintenance Revolving Fund created by | |
88 | 158 | Section 9030.7 of this title. | |
