27	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	53		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Large-scale
30	54		Economic Activity and Deve lopment Fund created pursuant to Enrolled
31	55		House Bill No. 4455 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma
32	56		Legislature from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
33	57		General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
34	58		ending June 30, 2022, the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-eight Million
35	59		Twenty Thousand Doll ars ($698,020,000.00) to be budgeted and
36	60		expended in accordance with law. Of those funds appropriated, the
37	61		sum of Six Hundred Thirteen Million Twenty Thousand Dollars
38	62		($613,020,000.00) shall be used for the purpose of payi ng investment
39	63		rebate payments awarded to establishments qualifying pursuant to
