An Act relating to the Large-scale Economic Activity
and Development Fund; making an appropriation;
identifying source; establishing amoun t; requiring
certain amounts be used for certain purposes; and
providing an effective date.
SUBJECT: Large-scale Economic Activity and Development Fund
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Large-scale
Economic Activity and Deve lopment Fund created pursuant to Enrolled
House Bill No. 4455 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma
Legislature from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2022, the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-eight Million
Twenty Thousand Doll ars ($698,020,000.00) to be budgeted and
expended in accordance with law. Of those funds appropriated, the
sum of Six Hundred Thirteen Million Twenty Thousand Dollars
($613,020,000.00) shall be used for the purpose of payi ng investment
rebate payments awarded to establishments qualifying pursuant to
division (1) of subparagraph a of paragraph 1 of subsection E of
Section 4 of Enrolled House Bill No. 4455 of the 2nd Session of the
58th Oklahoma Legisla ture, and the sum of Eighty-five Million
Dollars ($85,000,000.00) shall be used for the purpose of paying
investment rebate payments awarded to establishments qualifying
pursuant to division (2) of subparagraph a of paragraph 1 of ENR. H. B. NO. 4454 Page 2
subsection E of Section 4 of Enrolled House Bill No. 4455 of the 2nd
Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legisla ture.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effe ctive September 15, 2022.
