| 69 | 69 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 70 | 70 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 71 | 71 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless | |
| 72 | 72 | there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows: | |
| 73 | 73 | A state entity, political subdivision, private entity, hospital | |
| 74 | 74 | or agent thereof shall not require the receipt of a vaccine or | |
| 75 | 75 | vaccines used to prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 for any reason | |
| 76 | 76 | including but not limited to as a condition of employment, | |
| 77 | 77 | professional licensure, educational certification or degree, | |
| 78 | 78 | admittance to any place of business or entertainment or access to | |
| 79 | 79 | any mode of transporta tion. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
| 83 | 83 | be in full force from and after its pa ssage and approval. | |
