6363 An Act relating to public health; prohibiting
6464 vaccination mandate by specified entities; providing
6565 for codification; and declaring an eme rgency.

6969 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7070 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7171 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
7272 there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows:
7373 A state entity, political subdivision, private entity, hospital
7474 or agent thereof shall not require the receipt of a vaccine or
7575 vaccines used to prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 for any reason
7676 including but not limited to as a condition of employment,
7777 professional licensure, educational certification or degree,
7878 admittance to any place of business or entertainment or access to
7979 any mode of transporta tion.
8080 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
8181 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
8282 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
8383 be in full force from and after its pa ssage and approval.
