BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows: A state entity, political subdivision, private entity, hospital or agent thereof shall not require the receipt of a vaccine or vaccines used to prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 for any reason including but not limited to as a condition of employment, professional licensure, educational certification or degree, admittance to any place of business or entertainment or access to any mode of transporta tion. SECTION 2.
