| 73 | 73 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 74 | 74 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the 1st Step Male | |
| 75 | 75 | Diversion Program from any monies not oth erwise appropriated from | |
| 76 | 76 | the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 77 | 77 | ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars | |
| 78 | 78 | ($250,000.00) for the purpose of keeping young men from prison by | |
| 79 | 79 | helping them build better lives. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 2. This act shall beco me effective July 1, 2022. | |
| 81 | 81 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 82 | 82 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 83 | 83 | declared to exist, by rea son whereof this act shall take effect and | |
