3161 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3362 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3463 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 14-136 of Title 70, unless there
3564 is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:

3765 A. The State Board of Career and Technology Education may
3866 establish courses in the area of hydrogen energy. The courses may
3967 include but are not limited to the following topics:

57104 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

59105 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
60106 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
61107 declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
62108 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
