20	52		energy; allowing the Board to consult the Oklahoma

31	61		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

33	62		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
34	63		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 14-136 of Title 70, unless there
35	64		is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:

37	65		A. The State Board of Career and Technology Education may
38	66		establish courses in the area of hydrogen energy. The courses may
39	67		include but are not limited to the following topics:

52	100		B. The State Board of Career and Technology Education may
53	101		consult the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Department of
54	102		Labor in establishing courses that meet the workforce needs of the
55	103		hydrogen energy sector in this state.

57	104		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

59	105		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
60	106		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
61	107		declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
62	108		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
