75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 414.1 of Title 10, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. As used in this section, “vaccine passport” means
80	80	documentation that an i ndividual has been vaccinated against
81	81	Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID -19).
82	82	B. A child care facility shall not :
83	83	1. Require a vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of
84	84	enrollment in or attendance of the child care facility;
85	85	2. Require a vaccine passp ort as a condition of enrollment in
86	86	or attendance of the child care facility; or
87	87	3. Implement a mask mandate for children.

139	139	C. This section shall apply to all child care facilities
140	140	licensed by the Department of Human Services .
141	141	D. Violation of this sectio n shall be grounds for revocation or
142	142	denial of issuance of the child care facility lice nse as provided by
143	143	Section 407 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
144	144	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
145	145	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is he reby
146	146	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
147	147	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
