BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 414.1 of Title 10, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. As used in this section, “vaccine passport” means documentation that an i ndividual has been vaccinated against Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID -19). B. A child care facility shall not : 1. Require a vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of enrollment in or attendance of the child care facility; 2. Require a vaccine passp ort as a condition of enrollment in or attendance of the child care facility; or 3. Implement a mask mandate for children. Req. This section shall apply to all child care facilities licensed by the Department of Human Services . D. Violation of this sectio n shall be grounds for revocation or denial of issuance of the child care facility lice nse as provided by Section 407 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes. SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is he reby declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval. 58-2-3292 DC 1/6/2022 10:53:35 AM
