6767 An Act relating to schools; directing an

8383 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :
8484 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8585 in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 1210.190.1 of Title 70, unless
8686 there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
8787 Upon the effective date of this act, if a school district or
8888 technology center school district administ rator has knowingly
8989 violated any state law releva nt to public education or within Title
9090 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the administrator shall not be
9191 qualified to serve in the position . The administrator shall be

143143 dismissed or not reemplo yed, subject to the provisions of the
144144 Teacher Due Process Act of 1990 . The administrator shall be
145145 prohibited from serving in any role, paid or unpaid, for public
146146 schools in this state for a period of five (5) years.
147147 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
148148 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
149149 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
150150 declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
151151 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
