70	70	reemployed for violating certain law subject to
71	71	certain due process procedures; prohibiting
72	72	administrator subject to certain provisions from
73	73	serving in certain position for certain period of
74	74	time; providing for codification; providing an
75	75	effective date; and declaring an emergency .

83	83	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :
84	84	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
85	85	in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 1210.190.1 of Title 70, unless
86	86	there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
87	87	Upon the effective date of this act, if a school district or
88	88	technology center school district administ rator has knowingly
89	89	violated any state law releva nt to public education or within Title
90	90	70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the administrator shall not be
91	91	qualified to serve in the position . The administrator shall be

143	143	dismissed or not reemplo yed, subject to the provisions of the
144	144	Teacher Due Process Act of 1990 . The administrator shall be
145	145	prohibited from serving in any role, paid or unpaid, for public
146	146	schools in this state for a period of five (5) years.
147	147	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
148	148	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
149	149	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
150	150	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
151	151	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
