BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA : SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 1210.190.1 of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: Upon the effective date of this act, if a school district or technology center school district administ rator has knowingly violated any state law releva nt to public education or within Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the administrator shall not be qualified to serve in the position . The administrator shall be prohibited from serving in any role, paid or unpaid, for public schools in this state for a period of five (5) years. SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022. SECTION 3.
