AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to schools; directing an 
administrator of a school district or t echnology 
center school district to be dismissed o r not 
reemployed for violating certain law subject to 
certain due process procedures; prohibiting 
administrator subject to certain provisions from 
serving in certain position for certain period of 
time; providing for codification; providing an 
effective date; and declaring an emergency . 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA : 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW    A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 1210.190.1 of Title 70, unless 
there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: 
Upon the effective date of this act, if a school district or 
technology center school district administ rator has knowingly 
violated any state law releva nt to public education or within Title 
70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the administrator shall not be 
qualified to serve in the position .  The administrator shall be

dismissed or not reemplo yed, subject to the provisions of the 
Teacher Due Process Act of 1990 .  The administrator shall be 
prohibited from serving in any role, paid or unpaid, for public 
schools in this state for a period of five (5) years. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 2022. 
SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
