| 54 | 47 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 55 | 48 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 124 of Title 36, unless there is | |
| 56 | 49 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 57 | 50 | On or after the effective date of this act, any new m easure | |
| 58 | 51 | enacted relating to a health benefit plan shall be incorporated into | |
| 59 | 52 | any health benefit plan that is issued or renewed on or after the | |
| 60 | 53 | effective date of the measure unless specifically provided for | |
| 61 | 54 | otherwise. | |
