BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 13-117 of Title 11, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. As used in this section, “biological sex” means the physical condition of being male or female, as identified at birth by that individual’s anatomy. B. Public restrooms and changing facilities that are intended to accommodate multiple individuals shall be designated as follows: 1. For the exclusive use o f the male sex; or 2. A person shall use the public restroom or changing facility that corresponds to the individual’s biological sex. D. Municipalities shall not adopt an ordinance contrary to the provisions of this section. SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022. SECTION 3.
