77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1020.1 of Title 56, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	A. Upon completion of an assessment of individuals receiving
82	82	home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual
83	83	disabilities or of individuals waiting to receive home- and
84	84	community-based services for individuals with intellectual
85	85	disabilities, the Department of Human Services shall compile a final
86	86	report of the following information and publish monthly updates of
87	87	such information on the Department’s Internet website:

139	139	1. Demographic information on individuals waiting to receive
140	140	home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual
141	141	disabilities including but not limited to age, gender, location , and
142	142	whether or not they are currently receiving benefits or supports
143	143	including but not limited to Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition
144	144	Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
145	145	(TANF), and other major state or federal assistance programs;
146	146	2. The number of applicants who began receiving or stopped
147	147	receiving home- and community-based services for individuals with
148	148	intellectual disabilities during the assessment period and the
149	149	reason services were stopped;
150	150	3. Any relevant trends in data relating to individuals waiting
151	151	to receive home and community based servic es;
152	152	4. The frequency of contact between the Department and
153	153	applicants and the mode of contact;
154	154	5. Resource gaps by type and by geographic area ; and
155	155	6. Resource or community supports and resources in need of
156	156	expansion.
157	157	B. The final report shall be published on the Department ’s
158	158	website and submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and
159	159	the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
160	160	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
161	161	of the public peace, health or safety , an emergency is hereby
