7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1020.1 of Title 56, unless there
8080 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8181 A. Upon completion of an assessment of individuals receiving
8282 home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual
8383 disabilities or of individuals waiting to receive home- and
8484 community-based services for individuals with intellectual
8585 disabilities, the Department of Human Services shall compile a final
8686 report of the following information and publish monthly updates of
8787 such information on the Department’s Internet website:

139139 1. Demographic information on individuals waiting to receive
140140 home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual
141141 disabilities including but not limited to age, gender, location , and
142142 whether or not they are currently receiving benefits or supports
143143 including but not limited to Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition
144144 Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
145145 (TANF), and other major state or federal assistance programs;
146146 2. The number of applicants who began receiving or stopped
147147 receiving home- and community-based services for individuals with
148148 intellectual disabilities during the assessment period and the
149149 reason services were stopped;
150150 3. Any relevant trends in data relating to individuals waiting
151151 to receive home and community based servic es;
152152 4. The frequency of contact between the Department and
153153 applicants and the mode of contact;
154154 5. Resource gaps by type and by geographic area ; and
155155 6. Resource or community supports and resources in need of
156156 expansion.
157157 B. The final report shall be published on the Department ’s
158158 website and submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and
159159 the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
160160 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
