7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1020.1 of Title 56, unless there
7878 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7979 A. The Department of Human Services shall, by January 1 of each
8080 year, report the following information on the Department’s Internet
8181 website and to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the
8282 Speaker of the House of Representatives:
8383 1. Payments made to providers in the prior fiscal year for
8484 home- and community-based services for people with intellectual
8585 disabilities including the amount of incentive p ayments made to
8686 providers and metrics used for incentive payments; and

138138 2. A strategic plan for serving more individuals with
139139 intellectual disabilities through home- and community-based services
140140 including goals and progress tow ard achieving such goals.
141141 B. The Department shall, by the fifth day of each month,
142142 publish on the Department ’s website the following information:
143143 1. The number of individual s with intellectual disabilitie s
144144 currently receiving home- and community-based services;
145145 2. Services provided to individuals with intellectual
146146 disabilities through home- and-community based services ;
147147 3. The number of individuals with intellectual disabilitie s who
148148 stopped receiving services in the prior month including:
149149 a. the number of individuals removed from each home- and
150150 community-based services waiver for individuals with
151151 intellectual disabilitie s,
152152 b. the reasons for removal and number of individuals
153153 removed for each reason, and
154154 c. how many individuals were removed within one (1) year
155155 of beginning receipt of services, the reasons for
156156 removal, and the number of individuals removed for
157157 each reason; and
158158 4. Total expenditures of home- and community-based services for
159159 individuals with intellectual disabilities by month and year to
160160 date, categorized by waiver.
161161 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

213213 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
214214 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
215215 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
216216 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
