75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1020.1 of Title 56, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. The Department of Human Services shall, by January 1 of each
80	80	year, report the following information on the Department’s Internet
81	81	website and to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the
82	82	Speaker of the House of Representatives:
83	83	1. Payments made to providers in the prior fiscal year for
84	84	home- and community-based services for people with intellectual
85	85	disabilities including the amount of incentive p ayments made to
86	86	providers and metrics used for incentive payments; and

139	139	intellectual disabilities through home- and community-based services
140	140	including goals and progress tow ard achieving such goals.
141	141	B. The Department shall, by the fifth day of each month,
142	142	publish on the Department ’s website the following information:
143	143	1. The number of individual s with intellectual disabilitie s
144	144	currently receiving home- and community-based services;
145	145	2. Services provided to individuals with intellectual
146	146	disabilities through home- and-community based services ;
147	147	3. The number of individuals with intellectual disabilitie s who
148	148	stopped receiving services in the prior month including:
149	149	a. the number of individuals removed from each home- and
150	150	community-based services waiver for individuals with
151	151	intellectual disabilitie s,
152	152	b. the reasons for removal and number of individuals
153	153	removed for each reason, and
154	154	c. how many individuals were removed within one (1) year
155	155	of beginning receipt of services, the reasons for
156	156	removal, and the number of individuals removed for
157	157	each reason; and
158	158	4. Total expenditures of home- and community-based services for
159	159	individuals with intellectual disabilities by month and year to
160	160	date, categorized by waiver.
161	161	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
