| 48 | 49 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 49 | 50 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 452.5, is | |
| 50 | 51 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 51 | 52 | Section 452.5. A. The officials and employees of all entities | |
| 52 | 53 | of the state are hereby directed to aid, assist and coop erate fully | |
| 53 | 54 | with the Legislative Service Bureau in its performance of all audits | |
| 54 | 55 | and other functions. | |
| 55 | 56 | B. All proposed legislation requ ested by an agency of this | |
| 56 | 57 | state shall include an agency request statement. The statement | |
| 57 | 58 | shall designate which agency r equested the legislation, the name of | |
| 58 | 59 | the primary contact of the agency, and a brie f description of the | |
| 59 | 60 | need for the legislation as provided by the agency. No such | |
