4849 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4950 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 452.5, is
5051 amended to read as follows:
5152 Section 452.5. A. The officials and employees of all entities
5253 of the state are hereby directed to aid, assist and coop erate fully
5354 with the Legislative Service Bureau in its performance of all audits
5455 and other functions.
5556 B. All proposed legislation requ ested by an agency of this
5657 state shall include an agency request statement. The statement
5758 shall designate which agency r equested the legislation, the name of
5859 the primary contact of the agency, and a brie f description of the
5960 need for the legislation as provided by the agency. No such
6061 statement shall be required for prop osed legislation that is not
