55	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TH E STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	49		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-1002.2, is
57	50		amended to read as follows:
58	51		Section 1-1002.2. The State Board of Health shall promulgate
59	52		rules establishing re quirements for retailers of bunk beds which
60	53		shall include, but not be limited to, requirements that Retailers of
61	54		bunk beds shall comply with the following re quirements:
62	55		1. Each set of bunk beds must be posted with an indelible
63	56		warning which conforms with American Society for Testing and
64	57		Materials Voluntary Sta ndards or U.S. Consumer Product Safety
65	58		Commission Standards; and
	59	+	2. No retailer shall sell a set of bunk beds which does not
	60	+	limit the space between the lower edge of the guard rail and the

95	87		upper edge of the bed frame of the upper b unk bed to three and on e-
96	88		half (3 1/2) inches or less.
97	89		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
