An Act relating to the Statewide Recovery Fund;
making an appropriation; stating purpose; and
declaring an emergency .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to th e Statewide
Recovery Fund created pursuant to En rolled House Bill No. 3349 of
the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature from any monie s not
otherwise appropriated from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)
State Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 496) of the State Treasury, the sum
of Nine Hundred Thirty Million Two Hundred Six Thousand Three
Hundred Six Dollars ($930, 206,306.00) for availability of
appropriation.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary f or the preservation
of the public peace, heal th and safety, an emergency is hereb y
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and a pproval.
